  • First trimester test (FTT)

• Invasive diagnostics: Amniocentesis from the 16th week of pregnancy (gold standard for detecting chromosomal disorders)

• Second opinion in perinatal medicine in case of abnormal findings in the baby

• Ultrasound in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters to monitor baby’s growth, blood flow and position

• Birth planning consultation – individually tailored, together with our partner midwives

• Counseling for breech presentation – including explanation of the situation and possible options

• Gentle external cephalic version in case of breech, if medically feasible

• Vaginal breech delivery (if no contraindications) in collaboration with the partner midwife

• Breastfeeding consultation in case of problems such as mastitis, together with the partner midwife

• Postpartum wound check after vaginal birth or C-section, if needed, also jointly

• Postnatal medical check-up including Pap smear 4–6 weeks after birth

• Personalized contraception counseling after birth
